May 15: Cruz launched his 10th home run of the season Wednesday, hitting a three-run homer off of Jesse Chavez in the fifth inning. After a brilliant April Cruz has hit the skids in May, managing just a .174 average this month. Even when his average is lacking, Cruz is still a force in the power department, hitting four bombs thus far this month. Cruz will continue to provide pop for the Rangers and his owners as long as he can remain healthy.
