ATS players values (PATS)

Cleveland Browns at Atlanta Falcons

Spread: Falcons -3
Public consensus pick: 53 percent picked Falcons

Tuley's Take: The Falcons have won two straight, but those wins were against the Bucs and the Panthers, and their No. 32-ranked defense now faces a much better offense that gets Josh Gordon back. If the public is starting to abandon Cleveland, that's my cue to jump in the Browns. The pick: Browns (especially if it gets to 3.5).

Vegas Rankings
Browns: 18th (20 power rating)
Falcons: T-19th (19 power rating)

Vegas Rankings line (without home-field advantage): Browns (-1)

Line moves
Opened: ATL -3 (47.5)

Injuries
Browns:
Jordan Cameron (PATS value: ~0.5 point)
-Did not practice Thursday
-Questionable with concussion
-Backup is Gary Barnidge

Trends
Browns: In the past three seasons, Cleveland is 1-9 SU the game following a home loss.

Falcons: Matt Ryan is 39-13 SU and 29-20-3 ATS at home in his career in Atlanta.

Tennessee Titans at Philadelphia Eagles

Spread: Eagles -11
Public consensus pick: 53 percent picked Eagles

Tuley's Take: I like what I saw from Zach Mettenberger and see no reason if the Titans were able to nearly beat the Steelers that they can't trade scores with the Eagles and stay within single digits. The pick: Titans.

Vegas Rankings
Titans: T-30th (13.5 power rating)
Eagles: T-9th (22 power rating)
